LRF Zoom Fitness Sessions
Lisa has a robust Zoom clientele and is proud to offer Zoom fitness training sessions with her signature brand of elite personal training any time, anywhere!
What began as a way for her LRF family to maintain strength and conditioning during the pandemic has since become a staple of her service. Using Zoom on their laptops, tv monitors, or SmartPhones, clients from the D.C.-Metro area, Wisconsin, New York, Illinois and Texas (just to name a few) train remotely with Lisa. She Zooms from her home studio-gym in Naples, Florida, to reach clients in their homes, outside in parks, in condo gyms and public gyms—anywhere!
The benefits of LRF Zoom Personal Training:
1. Convenience – You can workout from the comfort of your own home, saving time and effort of commuting to a gym. *Although Lisa can Zoom with you at gym, too!
2. Flexibility – If you would rather leave your home for your workout, a SmartPhone and wireless earphones are all that’s required to workout at a local gym, a hotel gym, or a public park.
3. Personalized attention – Zoom clients enjoy the same one-on-one, individualized attention whether in-person or through Zoom. The large-screen monitor in Lisa’s studio gym allows her to monitor form, give specific feedback, modify exercises, count reps or watch the clock. She also trains alongside her clients, thereby demonstrating every exercise and stretch until form and function are correct.
4. Accountability – Having a scheduled virtual workout with Lisa keeps you accountable and motivated.
5. Variety- No pre-taped session with Lisa! Zoom training is live, in-person, and one-on-one for every session. Lisa designs a fresh workout that suits your abilities, challenges you, and accommodates any injuries in real time.
6. Cost-effective – LRF Zoom sessions are more cost effective than in-home training.
7. Safety – Zoom training allows you to stay active and fit while avoiding crowded public spaces like gyms.
