Lisa offers personalized programs that accommodate your lifestyle and goals. You will learn simple tools to eat the right foods and correct portions so you can reverse and prevent aging. (Similar to strength training!)

- Please fill out the online client agreement and health history form (including the nutrition questions) which you can find here.
- Lisa will notify you on which form of payment you prefer and accept payment.
- Complete a 3-day food log, which you can view here. Please be as specific as possible and include how much or often you consume fluids, the time of day you are eating, your portion size. Don't worry about what you record -- this is a very beneficial step for Lisa to see your current lifestyle and eating habits as she designs a program right for you.
- Once you have finished your 3-day food log and it is emailed to Lisa (lisa@lisareedfitness.com), she will contact you to schedule a 15-minute phone call or in-person consultation.
- Lisa will also contact you within 48 hours of your phone call or in-person consultation to go over simple steps to begin.
The more you share with Lisa and provide in a food log, the better she can assist you! Also, over the course of the 4-week plan, Lisa will answer any nutritional questions you may have within a 24-hour time period.
