Why Are LRF TLCs Vital To Our Day-To-Day Performance?


Muscles move on command from the brain. When we have recruited muscles to perform certain movements and those muscles become exhausted, other muscles compensate--usually resulting in pain or injury. When we improve the neuromuscular coordination or the muscle memory of our nervous system, we can efficiently recruit muscles to perform correctly when required.
